Pilar Godino is a multi-lingual leadership coach with over 12,000 hours of coaching practice and 30 years’ experience in the field of Personal & Professional Development. Clients find her dynamic, supportive, inspiring, challenging, transparent, insightful, with great humour.

One of the pre-eminent individuals in her profession, Pilar’s clients include major corporations, such as Diageo, Accenture, Danone, PepsiCo, D’Ieteren, Heineken, Vesuvius, ING, The European Union and various NGOs (non-governmental organisations). She works at senior executive level and specialises in transforming leadership, and management team performance within multi-cultural environments.

Personal Impact™ Coaching, her unique methodology, combines leadership coaching with elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in a dynamic blend that brings about fast and profound change. Her methods have been described by many clients as ‘alchemy in action’.

Associated coach for the Centre of Expertise on Coaching (CEC) at the international Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in Belgium, also collaborates as a coach and leadership specialist with other European business schools.

Pilar was one of the first coaches in Europe to be awarded the position of Master Certified Coach (2006) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She supervises and mentors other coaches, she is an approved trainer by the institute of leadership and management (Exeter University U.K.) and a guest trainer in coaching academies across Europe.

As an NLP Master Practitioner and Master Trainer, Pilar also runs NLP-related leadership seminars internationally, sometimes partnering with other leading professionals such as Robert Dilts.

Pilar has developed new models and methodology in the fields of NLP and coaching. She is the author of two books.

“El color del cristal” a book about getting the best out of people by understanding diversity and what makes us different through listening to what people say and how they say it. It explores the different patterns in mindset, its vocabulary and how to influence different people according to their preferences and their mindset.

“The Business Alchemist” a book about how to reach the platform of transformational, authentic and inspirational leadership, and use it to renovate or reinvent yourself and the business.
